Awesome comfy vibe hotel
The best vibe!! A perfect location in Condesa - super cool hotel and the room I just stayed in was gorgeous and had everything I needed. Massive comfy bed and had a fridge and microwave too. Beautifully decorated. The staff were so nice and welcoming.
The only downside was that the pipes (I think) made a loud noise every so often which wasn’t too much of a bother as I was only there one night - might bother people who are light sleepers but I think the location and rest of amenities are worth it.

What was the highlight of Hotel Parque México Suites at Condesa
Average hotel in pleasant location - safe and with all basic amenities (small improvements though)
For a start, we had a lot of space, as our suite included two bedrooms, with very comfy beds and more than enough space for two. This helped a lot, as one of us had sleeping problems due to jet lag. We also had two bathrooms, which, despite quite small, were enough for our basic necessities and helped us to save time when preparing to go out. We also had enough space for our clothes and amenities, including daily water, and a safe, which we didn't use as the hotel felt quite safe. The hotel, located in Condesa, was also in a very central position, next to nice cafes and restaurants. Probably it was a jazz club in the past. The interior was nice. Another advantage is that the excursions they offer are very well organised and have great value price. We took part in an express excursion and the timetable was respected. We had a big breakfast (buffet) included (it was a great surprise, as this was even better than the one offered by the hotel in terms of choice),and private transfer. So we definitely recommend to check out the activities they offer.
In line with other reviews, at night there was an intrusive sound, which seemed like some sort of fan, intermittently going every 5 minutes. The reception claimed that this was coming from an adjacent restaurant, but I am not sure if this was indeed the truth. I was able to sleep most of times, but my partner didn't. In line with other reviews, bathrooms were very small. If you're a woman and have your make up necessaire, forget bringing it to the toilet. So my advice is to bring a smart necessaire, one of those which you can stick to the wall with a suction. Otherwise, make sure to dry up the sink because that small sink is the only place where you can lay your stuff. Thirdly, we took advantage of the hotel's buffet, which was included, but were disappointed. We had no choice; the menu was very limited, and consisted of coffee (very watery), juice, a piece of lemon cake or another pastry (not too bad), and either some eggs with veggies, or some typical Mexican food. We appreciated the option though and value the effort, but it was enough to try it once. We just felt that, as the hotel claims to be a boutique hotel with high standards, that service didn't match the level they were advertising to be at. Finally, we took advantage of the laundry service. The process is a bit annoying if you, like us, don't have too much time and simply want to fully rely on their service, as they hand you over a piece of paper and you have to separate your clothing based on the type and count them. In addition, I am pretty sure they lost one of my socks. Beside this, clothes had a good smell, and the price wasn't too high. Another con is the fact that they don't give you keys. Every time you go out, you have to ring the bell when you come back. Luckily they have a 24/7 service, and we never had to wait. But let's say that the whole process could be improved, if they, for a start, had smaller keychains.

Very nice decor, clean, great staff, excellent location.
Everything was very nice. The staff were excellent and very helpful.
My first room on the ground floor was quite noisy (electrical hum) but when I pointed this out to the staff, they gave me a room change without hesitation.
